Competitions should be fun, not a problem. These tools are in your account from day one.

• Monthly spend limit. Every account has one, set to £100 by default. Lower it any time with immediate effect. Raising it takes 24 hours.
• Running total. Your spend this month is shown before you pay.
• Cooling-off. Pause your account for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion. Close your account to paid entries for at least 6 months. We will not reopen it early.
• No pressure. Our countdowns and sold bars are facts, not nudges. We do not use fake scarcity.
