Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is SKMB Software Ltd (skmbsoftware.co.uk), trading as Dustline Draws, company number 17532454, registered at Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ.
2. Competitions are open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their households may not enter.
3. Each competition has a fixed maximum number of tickets, stated on the listing, and a maximum number of tickets per person.
4. Entry is by online purchase or by free postal entry. Both routes receive ticket numbers from the same pool and have equal odds. Free entry terms are on the Free entry page and form part of these terms.
5. The draw takes place on the date and time published on the listing, regardless of the number of tickets sold. Draws are not extended.
6. Winners are selected at random from the published entry list by an independent third-party service. The verification record and the entry list are published.
7. Winners may take the stated cash alternative instead of the prize. Cash is paid by bank transfer within 14 days of confirmation.
8. Winners agree to their first name, initial, town, ticket number and a handover photo being published.
9. Instant-win numbers are fixed and published before a competition opens. Instant-win credit is paid to the account wallet.
10. Wallet credit has no cash value and can only be used for tickets. Wallet cash can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Monthly spend limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are available in the account and are described on the Responsible play page.
12. The promoter has signed up to the Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators.
